Job Description
- To design the product along with the restaurant manager by develop menus & standard recipes according to the concept and owner vision
- To ensure smooth & productive operation of Kitchen with proper procedures in coordination with Restaurant manager
- To manage and lead kitchen team and ensure full productivity, attitude and procedures are maintained.
- To establish a pool of qualified employees who can be hired for part time, full time or seasonal needs.
- To maintain all hygiene and sanitation standards all over the restaurantTo assist restaurant manager in all marketing activities of the restaurant
Job Requirements
- To have a full working knowledge and capability to Lead and manage a fully operated kitchen & its team.
- Excellent food knowledge to create standard recipes and food menus.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in casual dining restaurant in a senior role.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
- Basic Computer skills to use Microsoft office
- Good English Language
