Job Description

  • To design the product along with the restaurant manager by develop menus & standard recipes according to the concept and owner vision
  • To ensure smooth & productive operation of Kitchen with proper procedures in coordination with Restaurant manager
  • To manage and lead kitchen team and ensure full productivity, attitude and procedures are maintained.
  • To establish a pool of qualified employees who can be hired for part time, full time or seasonal needs.
  • To maintain all hygiene and sanitation standards all over the restaurantTo assist restaurant manager in all marketing activities of the restaurant

Job Requirements

  • To have a full working knowledge and capability to Lead and manage a fully operated kitchen & its team.
  • Excellent food knowledge to create standard recipes and food menus.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in casual dining restaurant in a senior role.
  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic Computer skills  to use Microsoft office
  • Good English Language
  • Enthusiastic in foodservice industry
  • Creative
  • Active
  • Willing to grow
