Job Description
- Provide clerical duties for the sales team
- Prepare full tenders.
- Prepare prices.
- Prepare financial and technical offers.
- Respond to inquiries and tender offers.
- Complete all administrative requirements for tenders.
- Maintain a file of reports of all operations.
- Cost prices
- Technical Proposal submitted
- Financial offer submitted
- Any notes occurred during the operation
- Tenders discharges (financial and technical)
- Redirect phone calls.
- Reply to e-mails and deal with customer inquiries.
- Help make the sales process, or follow up with customers to make sure that the product or service sold were delivered as promised
- Prepare PO and follow-up on the process
- Link between the seller and the potential customers.
- Prepare a monthly report of all tenders that have been entered during the previous period along with its status.
- Receive a daily report from the sales team of all the visits that took place.
- Prepare the customer base (customer, contact name, phone numbers, ... and sent it to the Secretariat of the administration.
- Complete all the tasks necessary to accomplish the work.
Job Requirements
- University grades
- 1-3 years experience with dealing with tenders and sales related administration
- IT background is preferable
