Job Description
- Work closely with our development teams and customers, to ensure stakeholders have up-to-date/ accurate analysis and tracking of customer project phases
- Ensure customer projects track to plan and budget
- Communicate project status regularly to customers (via conference calls, e-mails and weekly status reports)
- Ensure customer signoff on major milestones
- Manage a formal Change Management process.
- Work closely with customer stakeholder to understand their short and long-term objectives
- Develop and support customer relationships, playing your part in driving customer satisfaction
- Ensure the required resources and skillsets are in place during the project
- Manage customer’s expectations in terms of timelines and deliverables
- Negotiate commercial contracts with customers
- Assist and provide support to customers with post-implementation issues
Job Requirements

- This is an external customer facing role, please do not apply if you do not have very strong external customer facing experience, as regrettably your application will be declined
- At least 4-5 years’ experience in a fast paced IT Project Management and/or Account Management role
- Experience working in an agile software environment is essential (Software company/IT Consultancy)
- Proven track record in defining and implementing process excellence and improvements
- First-class interpersonal skills – a positive communication style, with the ability to influence across cultures.
- Ability to communicate with different types of stakeholders (from internal development team to executive customer sponsors)
- Strong commercial acumen – ability to understand, evaluate and articulate key business advantages of MTT’s products and services to potential customer
- Passionate about new technologies and trends – and how they apply to our customers’ needs
- Proven experience in leveraging existing business relationships - to increase revenue (e.g. cross sell/ upsell) is essential
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
