Job Description

Call Center Agent Job Purpose:
  • By obtaining client information; determining eligibility; deliver the message; getting aim of the call.
  • Deal with clients by making outbound phone calls or inbound calls.
  • Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements and verifying this information.
  • Establishes policies by entering client information.
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
