Job Description

  • Establishing networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system
     installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
  • Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems  and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network             optimization .
  • Capacity management and audit of IP addressing and hosted devices within data centers configuration of routing and switching equipment .
  • Speaking with customers via email and phone for initial requirement capture.
                                                                                                        

Job Requirements

Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Or relevant with 4+ years of Network engineering experience.
  • Proper phone etiquette.
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar.
  • Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Effective listening skills.
  • Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good.
  • Multi-tasking capabilities.
