Job Description
- Establishing networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system
installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards. - Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization .
- Capacity management and audit of IP addressing and hosted devices within data centers configuration of routing and switching equipment .
- Speaking with customers via email and phone for initial requirement capture.
Job Requirements
Skill and Knowledge Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Or relevant with 4+ years of Network engineering experience.
- Proper phone etiquette.
- Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately.
- Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar.
- Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Effective listening skills.
- Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good.
- Multi-tasking capabilities.
