Job Description
Responsible for all activities of Human Resource Management like HR Administration:
- HR managing
- Handling the interviewing process
- Evaluate and manage staff performance
- Organizing the employees files (Required Docs, Contract/Contract renewal, Holidays, Vacation requests, Evaluation…Etc.)
- Writing HR Letters
- Handling the employees Medical & Social Insurance
- Organizing company events & Employee’s Birthdays
- Tracking the employees attendance
- Conduct annual salary surveys and recommend changes to top management as appropriate.
- Design fixed and variable compensation programs and arrangements
- Handling governmental relations issues related with employees files (Labor Office & Social Insurance Office)
- Office
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Manage internal staff relations & arrange meetings
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Disseminating information through telephone, fax and e-mail
- Office monthly billing and expenses
- Arrange monthly cycle meeting and prepare minutes of the meeting
