Job Description

Assistance in the administration , human resources and secretarial duties including:

  • secretarial work.
  • Arrange meetings and coordinate agendas.
  • Prepare office supplies request.
  • Purchases office supplies.
  • Arrange interviews in coordination with the Technical department.
  • Set up filing system and maintain records & files [both in hard and soft copies] as per company standards.
  • Follow up various HR activities:
  1. Employee complains
  2. Employee satisfaction surveys
  3. Internal/external/orientation trainings
  • Monitor operational status of the work place and report any out of line situations.
  • Prepare attendance reports & enter/validate vacations on the HR system.
  • Follow up the movements of the teams with their direct managers.

Job Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Very good command of English.
  • 2-4 years experience in Customer service & Customer handling techniques
  • Excellent computer knowledge & practice (MS office, presentations, database, internet...
  • Effective both written & verbal communication skills.
  • Preferably who lives in or near 6 October city.
