Job Description
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; assists in preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Prepares special financial reports.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Communicates with banks regarding LCs, LGs...etc.
- Performs deposits, withdrawals and other banking functions.
- Performs all other duties as business requires.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Double Click ERP is a definite plus.
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum (2) years experience.
- Mastering MS Excel.
- High ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in relevant industry is a plus.
- Accurate and detail attentive.
- Deadline-oriented.
- Confidentiality is a must.
