Job Description

  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; assists in preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Prepares special financial reports.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Communicates with banks regarding LCs, LGs...etc.
  • Performs deposits, withdrawals and other banking functions.
  • Performs all other duties as business requires.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of Double Click ERP is a definite plus.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum (2) years experience.
  • Mastering MS Excel.
  • High ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Previous experience in relevant industry is a plus.
  • Accurate and detail attentive.
  • Deadline-oriented.
  • Confidentiality is a must.
  • No transportation provided.
