Job Description
A well-known medical laboratory equipment company is looking to hire Administrative assistant doing the following:
- Provide general aands to post office and office supply store
- Answer calls fromdministrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Run company’s err customers regarding their inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Maintain office supplies for department
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year Experience
- Very Good English
- Good Communication Skills
