Job Description
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
- Setup GM's travel arrangements.
- Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.
- Maintain GM's calendar.
- Prepare and maintain President's expense report.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences, exhibitions.
- Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
- Present the reports and the cheque payments and the payment orders and transfers to the General Manager for signing.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
Job Requirements
- Ability to define,develop and document business processes and procedures.
- Effective interpersonal high skills.
- Computer processing and system / data entry orientation, with various PC software.
- Able to work with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English
- excellent in korean language
