Job Description
- Develop HR annual business plan in coordination with HR head & top management.
- Conduct annual salary surveys and recommend changes to top management as appropriate.
- Proceed with the necessary comparisons of actual expenses Vs business plan on monthly basis to control the HR expenses & guide the management to take the necessary strategic decisions.
- Prepare all needed reports & analysis on HR costs to support in decision making
- Review documentation and processing of payroll salaries and deductions from employees to ensure accuracy & adherence to the company rules
- Audit & supervise on monthly HR expenses refunds to the employees (mobile ,transportation and business travel expenses)
- Review and approve that new hires are within budget, salary scale and actual employees on board.
- Act as the front door for communicating imp information regarding our different benefit programs as medical insurance , life insurance , mobiles...etc.
- Searching for and developing new benefits and updating existing offers with current providers
