Job Description
- To do microbiological and chemical test of incoming materials as per plan
- To do in-process testing ( water and ice ) as per plan
- To do final product inspection as per plan
- To do hygienic checks or tests of machines and employees as per plan
- To handle any out of specification test as non-conformity procedure
- To initiate corrective / preventive actions as per QMS procedure.
- To ensure all hygienic control, HACCP plans and CCP are being followed.
- To manage any additional assignments given by Quality Control Manager .
Job Requirements
- Graduate in Microbiology
- 3 + years of experience in Laboratory of Food stuff Industry , out of that 2 years must be at Managerial Level
- Food Manufacturing Technology
- Computer literacy
- Technical knowledge of Laboratory equipment.
- Quality Management & Food Safety System awareness
