Job Description
• To do microbiological and chemical test of incoming materials as per plan
• To do in-process testing ( water and ice ) as per plan
• To do final product inspection as per plan
• To do hygienic checks or tests of machines and employees as per plan
• To handle any out of specification test as non-conformity procedure
• To initiate corrective / preventive actions as per QMS procedure.
• To ensure all hygienic control, HACCP plans and CCP are being followed.
• To manage any additional assignments given by Quality Control Manager

Job Requirements
• Graduate in Microbiology
• 3 + years of experience in Laboratory of Food stuff Industry , out of that 2 years must be at Managerial
Level
• 3 + years of experience in Laboratory of Food stuff Industry , out of that 2 years must be at Managerial
