Job Description
- To ensure quality of all incoming materials as per acceptance criteria
- To do in-process product inspection as per plan
- To do final product inspection as per plan
- To handle any out of specification test as non-conformity procedure
- To initiate corrective / preventive actions as per QMS procedure.
- To ensure all hygienic control, HACCP plans and CCP are being followed.
- To coordinate with external inspection agencies or Laboratories etc
- To ensure all inspection related records are being maintained.
- To ensure all latest relevant Standards are being used.
- To manage any additional assignments given by Operations.
Job Requirements
- Graduate in Microbiology / Agriculture / Food Technology.
- 2 + years of experience in QC/QA of Food stuff Industry , out of that 2 years must be at Managerial Level
