Primary Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and e-mails
  • Visiting potential customers to prospect for investments
  • Acting as a contact between our company and the client
  • Building relationship with a range of stock holder e.g. customers, suppliers, colleagues
  • Extend marketing opportunities with existing clients
  • Tirelessly prospect new customers to meet and exceed stated marketing goals
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing deal
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Recording calls and sending information about company
  • Reviewing own sales performance ,aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements
  • Continually probe client and prospect needs
  • Handling all correspondence and organizing contact between marketing executives and their clients
  • Maintaining customer records
  • Keeping records of visits and meeting
  • Processing the procedures of opening account
  • Preparing estimates and quotations for customers
  • Keeping records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into reports for management
  • Promote the company as a leader in direct marketing services for the industry.
  • Best performance & best production will lead to enter into another bonus competitions prepared by the Sales Director each month.
  • Sales Director will monitor all your business activities from time to time. You must report in time your entire market reports and comments to him as per the company’s directives.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Financial Background is must
  • Bachelor Degree at least
  • Sales Experience (or Background) is plus

Skills and Knowledge:
  • Comprehensive understanding of the financial services market, economy and industry trends
  • Robust consulting, influencing and client engagement skills
  • Strong experience with end to end sales processes in the financial services industry from prospecting/warm leads to post sale follow up
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Presentablility
