- Receiving & placing telephone calls
- Greeting visitors and callers, handling their inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
- Setting up & maintaining paper & electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and other material
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Ordering and maintaining stationery
- Arranging travel, meetings & appointments
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Liaising with site personnel and maintaining well coordination between our office and various sites.
- Maintaining well coordination between our overseas head office (Romania) and our local office in Cairo
- Operating office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications
Job Requirements
- Excellent English language skills (Excellent verbal and written communication skills).
- Delivery of great customer service.
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, to produce correspondence and documents
