Job Description

Job Description: Office Manager/Secretary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receiving & placing telephone calls
  • Greeting visitors and callers, handling their inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
  • Setting up & maintaining paper & electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and other material
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery
  • Arranging travel, meetings & appointments
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Liaising with site personnel and maintaining well coordination between our office and various sites.
  • Maintaining well coordination between our overseas head office (Romania) and our local office in Cairo
  • Operating office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English language skills (Excellent verbal and written communication skills).
  • Delivery of great customer service.
  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, to produce correspondence and documents
