Responsible for:
- Devising and maintaining office systems
- Answering and Diverting incoming calls
- Booking room, scheduling Meeting.
- Update / Maintain Website and Social Media
- Attend Meetings, take minutes and notes
- Invoicing and Follow-up on collections
- Coordinating of meetings and External contacts
- Maintenance of CRM with contacts and customer data
- Ordering and Maintaining stationary and equipment
- Sorting and disturbing incoming/outgoing post
- Booking Travel Tickets
- Organizing paperwork, documents, computer-based info
- Assistance on HR and recruitment processes
