Job Description
Jotun MEIA region is looking for young talent for a one year graduate program that will be integrated into a full time permanent position. We will give this opportunity to highly qualified candidates that we believe can make a difference to the future development of Jotun. The Jotun MEIA graduate program will take the graduates through a challenging and exciting journey in the organization. Selected candidates will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside their home location within the MEIA region. Job description
- Assist in the recruitment process by following Jotun’s procedures and apply relative tools to meet the manpower requirements on time.
- Ensure that a proper Induction program is provided to newly joined employees.
- Assist in implementation of company’s HR Polices / local Labor laws as stipulated.
- Follow up on performance management and evaluation system ensuring implementation as per timelines.
- Maintain training needs identified in training plan and coordinate the local training calendar.
- Co-ordinate employee self-service needs by collaborating with all staff and HR Manager to ensure the engagement of employees relating to welfare, recreation and other services.
Job Requirements
- Egyptian nationals only (nationalization program)
- Academic degree (Bachelor and/or Master’s degree) Business Administration or Human Resources major
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Full command of verbal and written English and Arabic languages
- Active supporter of Jotun values.

- College / University, Bachelor's degree
