Job Description
- Anticipate, develop, design and implement the HR strategic focus and initiatives across all core HR pillars, including recruitment, development and retention of key talent
- Motivating a high performance culture; ongoing development of leadership capability and coaching culture,
- Ensuring there is a robust infrastructure for compensation and benefits, policies and procedures, and general HR administration.

- Studies in Human Resources "Master Degree is preferred"
- Strong leadership skills with Self-motivated.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels and cultures particularly at board level.
