Job Description

  • Anticipate, develop, design and implement the HR strategic focus and initiatives across all core HR pillars, including recruitment, development and retention of key talent
  • Motivating a high performance culture; ongoing development of leadership capability and coaching culture,
  • Ensuring there is a robust infrastructure for compensation and benefits, policies and procedures, and general HR administration.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Studies in Human Resources "Master Degree is preferred"
  • Strong leadership skills with Self-motivated.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels and cultures particularly at board level.
  • Adaptability - Understand operational needs and is acting as a problem solver.
