Job Description
We are currently looking to open a new restaurant in the Heliopolis area (near Airport). We are looking for someone with the below requirements as well experience with previous restaurant openings.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of restaurant
- Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service
- Recruitment and training of staff
- Shift scheduling
- Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback
- Purchase and control of inventory
- Monitor revenues and expenses
- Ensure practice of heath and safety regulations
- Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products
- Negotiate with clients for use of facilities for catering, parties, banquets, etc.
- Bring clients and personal connections to use facilities.
- Plan and execute all Marketing and PR activities
- Ensure guest satisfaction
Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Fluent in English is a must
- Diploma or degree in business management or tourism related field would be an asset
- Leadership skills
- Flexibility - ability to work long hours
- Adaptability
