Job Description

We are currently looking to open a new restaurant in the Heliopolis area (near Airport). We are looking for someone with the  below requirements as well experience with previous restaurant openings.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of restaurant
  • Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service
  • Recruitment and training of staff
  • Shift scheduling
  • Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback
  • Purchase and control of inventory
  • Monitor revenues and expenses
  • Ensure practice of heath and safety regulations
  • Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products
  • Negotiate with clients for use of facilities for catering, parties, banquets, etc.
  • Bring clients and personal connections to use facilities.
  • Plan and execute all Marketing and PR activities
  • Ensure guest satisfaction

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Diploma or degree in business management or tourism related field would be an asset
  • Leadership skills
  • Flexibility - ability to work long hours
