Job Description

  • Conducts recruitment efforts; conducts new-employee orientations.Administers compensation program; monitors performance evaluation program.
  • Assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Handles employee relations counseling, and exit interviewing.
  • Responsible for the medical insurance of the employees and their families.
  • Participating in the Implementation of the Training and Recruitment Procedures.
  • Assists in formulating training programs and schedules based on knowledge of Identified training needs.
  • Searches and complies evaluation forms at the completion of the training.
  • Responsible for the recruitment process including the orientation tour.
  • Making HR interviews for junior and senior candidates and Prepares job offers.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. degree in Business Administration or equivalent
