Job Description
- Conducts recruitment efforts; conducts new-employee orientations.Administers compensation program; monitors performance evaluation program.
- Assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
- Handles employee relations counseling, and exit interviewing.
- Responsible for the medical insurance of the employees and their families.
- Participating in the Implementation of the Training and Recruitment Procedures.
- Assists in formulating training programs and schedules based on knowledge of Identified training needs.
- Searches and complies evaluation forms at the completion of the training.
- Responsible for the recruitment process including the orientation tour.
- Making HR interviews for junior and senior candidates and Prepares job offers.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in Business Administration or equivalent
