Job Description
An international leading company in healthcare, ERP, and CRM enterprise applications development is currently looking for talented, highly energetic employees for Middle East offices. The company technology spans over Microsoft .Net, J2EE, Oracle, Redhat, JBoss, ESB, BPMN, BRE, Liferay, and other proprietary and open source tools.
The Software Quality Control Team Leader will lead and direct the QC team and their activities as related to quality control for all software/products. SQCTL will be responsible for his team performance, development and ensuring that the final deliverable meets all of the intended needs of the business.
The SQCTL is expected to have the necessary expertise in SDLC models, including RUP and agile, also expertise in the development and implementation of solid test plans and test cases and scenarios to test all aspects of the software projects accurately; as the SQCTL should have a solid expertise in implementing and effectively utilizing testing automation tools.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years' experience Functional, Regression and Load testing suites.
