Job Description

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries and coardinate with other departments
  • Experience in Archiving
  • Experience in Filing 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree required
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
