Job Description
The major responsibilities will be:
- Plan, develop, and implement strategies for Human Resources Management and development, position announcements.
- Recruitment and screening, orientation, discipline, grievance review.
- Supervise administrative staff, including determining workloads and schedules, evaluating staff performance, providing training and making hiring, promotions.
- Assist with budget creation and oversight responsibilities for personnel and day to day, office operating costs.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Administer all HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date.
- Oversees administrative office staff in maintaining files and centralize databases
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years experience in the HR & Administartion.
- Outstanding communications skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to train staff
- Organizational skills; the ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure
