Job Description

The major responsibilities will be:
  • Plan, develop, and implement strategies for Human Resources Management and development, position announcements.
  •  Recruitment and screening, orientation, discipline, grievance review.
  • Supervise administrative staff, including determining workloads and schedules, evaluating staff performance, providing training and making hiring, promotions.
  • Assist with budget creation and oversight responsibilities for personnel and day to day, office operating costs.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Administer all HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date.
  • Oversees administrative office staff in maintaining files and centralize databases

Job Requirements

  • At least 4  years experience in the HR & Administartion.
  • Outstanding communications skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to train staff
  • Organizational skills; the ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure
