Job Description
- Meet clients’ requests in an efficient and professional manner.
- Meeting their needs in airline ticketing arrangements, hotel accommodations and car rentals.
- Deliver optimal results by using prior knowledge of the traveling process to anticipate and solve any issues that may arise.
- Kindly note: candidates who did NOT work in "Outbound Department" before will not be part of the screening process.
Job Requirements
- Sound knowledge of destinations
- Clients handling skills, itinerary making & quotation
- Handling Visa procedures and following up with the clients during and after their travel
- Arranging Tailor Made/ Fixed Outbound Packages
- Must have:
- Excellent Knowledge of Key Suppliers worldwide (Travel agents/Hotels/Booking systems)
