Job Description
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety programs.
- Identify and advertise staff vacancies and interview in coordination with managers of departments where there is a vacancy before recruitment.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
- Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees,and administering disciplinary procedures.
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legalrequirements.
- Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
- Assures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms.
- Maintains budget spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll taxes and social insurance and any allowances.
- Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file.
- Recommend and arrange internal training required for staff.
Job Requirements
- Very good command of English
- Excellent knowledge of internet and MS office (word, excel and power point).
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
- Knowledge of office administration procedures.
