Job Description

 

  • Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety programs.
  • Identify and advertise staff vacancies and interview in coordination with managers of departments where there is a vacancy before recruitment.
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
  • Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
  • Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees,and administering disciplinary procedures.
  • Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legalrequirements.
  • Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
  • Assures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms.
  • Maintains budget spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll taxes and social insurance and any allowances.
  • Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file.
  • Recommend and arrange internal training required for staff.

Job Requirements

  • Very good command of English
  • Excellent knowledge of internet and MS office (word, excel and power point).
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
