Job Description
- Typing letters, memorandum, faxes, reports, etc.
- Drafting replies for routine correspondence.
- Distributing incoming mail, dispatching outgoing mail.
- Responding to general queries.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Arranging business travel and related accommodation. -Reminding executives of appointments and deadlines.
- Cooperating with other staff as necessary.
- Maintaining stationery and office supplies.
- Maintaining all office service equipment (computers, printers, telephones, photocopiers and fax machines etc.) for smooth uninterrupted office operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum requirements of B.SC. from a recognized educational institute. Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field or similar to the one that he will be handling.
