Job Description
- Directly supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers other than retail sales workers
- Identify and develop relationships with target wholesale customers.
- Develop and implement a new marketing plan.
- Work directly with the owner to help move the business forward in its strategic plan.
- Perform duties such as budgeting, accounting, and personnel work, in addition to supervisory duties.
- Build upon relationships, and expand their commercial sales effort to increased levels of market penetration.
- Target new markets for expanding wholesale efforts through increased outside selling, targeting of Major Account customers, and the addition of new Auto Care members.
Job Requirements
- From 3 to 6 years Sales & Marketing experience handling Food Service accounts.
- Passion for delivering customer service and building long term relationships.
- Ability to work in an independent, self-directed environment while demonstrating a willingness to take strategic direction and work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Strong presentation skills and negotiation skills.
- Team management experience.
