Job Description
- Conducting physical, chemical tests and inspection using automatic or manual instruments as per strict procedures.
- Adjusting, setting up, maintaining and cleaning laboratory equipment.
- Analyzing the results of experiments and tests to ensure consistency to specifications, using electrical and mechanical devices.
- Follow up the inspection procedures for the two production lines.
- Follow up the offline work activities.
- Obtaining samples for analysis on frequency and quantities defined by Lab. procedures.
- Testing processes on finished products, and raw materials to assess and analyze whether they meet the agreed upon specifications.
- Conducting accurately various complex and simple analytical tests on various samples.
- Carry out the tracking of defects, test results, or other regularly reported quality control data.
- Follow up the utility activities and water cycle efficiency.
- Collect all the all the quality data and make the needed QC/QA Reports.
- Ensures that all safety regulations are respected.
Job Requirements
- 3 - 6 years relevant working experience in similar position.
- A University degree in Chemistry is preferred.
- (Work experience in a Glass, Cement, or Steel plant or similar industry would be preferred).
