Our business is expanding rapidly and so will our team. For our Cairo office we are looking to recruit a Market Research Analyst.

The  Market Research Analyst, will be part of our research team working on projects throughout the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicating with business development and where necessary directly with the clients to understand and document the business objectives
  • Formulating analysis plans and acquiring client sign-off
  • Designing questionnaires and moderator guides to ensure the necessary data is captured
  • Conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods
  • Conducting trend analysis, sales analysis and linking sales figures to research analysis
  • Authoring reports containing actionable recommendations and creative presentation methods in order to communicate complex data in simple business terms
  • Run and check reports and perform quality assurance

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated understanding and academic background of research design and analysis
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and conducting market research preferably in a fast-paced marketing research context
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, statistics, mathematics or related field or equivalent in experience.
  • SAS Certification a strong asset
  • Working knowledge of database software
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Superior quantitative analytical abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse group/level of individuals/positions
  • Ability to manage a number of projects in different stages successfully
  • Self-motivator with an interest and enthusiasm for research
  • Team player as well as hands-on individual contributor
  • Good judgment, tact, flexibility, organization and planning skills
  • High attention to detail; enjoys data oriented research and skilled in data manipulation
  • Creative presentation skills – Infographics, dashboards, speedometers, etc. is a must
  • Proficiency in ENGLISH is a must
