Job Description
Senior Sales Accounts Manager
- Building long term relationships with existing, as well as, new clients.
- Building industry knowledge through communication and research.
- Arranging and participating in face to face meetings with the customer.
- Ensuring that customer requests are responded to in an accurate and timely manner.
- Working with production support to ensure that future demands can be accommodated.
- Help the business meet sales and revenue goals.
- Ensure that information posted on website is up to date, accurate and monitored.
- Assist in the production of external communications.
- Negotiation and planning for short and long term subscriptions.
- Develop creative solutions for existing clients, as well as pursue new clientele opportunities.
- Building partnerships, earning trust, managing pipeline, prospecting, networking, negotiating contract terms, and enhancing brand awareness.
- Identifying and developing new and existing accounts.
- Conduct reviews on accounts on regular basis to evaluate clients’ demands and usage of account.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified time frame.
- Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers within the organization.
- Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
- Locating and proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Protecting organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
