DAMLAG is seeking a young Office Manager with passion for HR to provide support with human resources activities, in addition to smoothly running the office.
This position requires working closely with various departments, in a consultancy role, assisting department's managers in implementing policies and procedures along with office administration duties.
Responsibilities:
This position requires working closely with various departments, in a consultancy role, assisting department's managers in implementing policies and procedures along with office administration duties.
Responsibilities:
- Process employees documentation including contracts, social and medical insurance in compliance with legal requirements
- Lead the recruitment process
- Ensure proper on-boarding process for new hires
- Administer Leave system requests
- Implement and improve company's policies
- Take ownership in organizing team building activities
- Coordinate and organize company's events
- Oversee the execution of performance appraisals
- Ensure smooth daily office operations
- Track and maintain office equipment and supply inventory
- Attend and participate in meetings and follow-up on office activities
Job Requirements
- 1 to 2 years experience in Office Administration and/or HR
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR or Business Administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- High attention to details
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
