Job Description
This role is about creating and managing HR strategies and activities to provide a high performance environment that promotes quality, productivity, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employees’ records and files in compliance with legal requirements
- Advise executives and managers on HR strategies and local legislations concerning employees
- Handle recruitments, benefits, compensations, disciplinary procedures and terminations
- Develop, maintain and update human resources documents, such as job descriptions, performance evaluations, vacation balances, and internal communication
- Implement and manage all HRM systems, including pay-rolls
- Attend to and address employees’ issues, such as work suggestions and complaints
Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree with an academic background in Human Resources, Organization Management or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR role with a scope that covers most responsibilities
- Must project a high level of maturity, confidentiality and integrity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Ability to prioritize work and strive for continuous improvement
