Job Description

This role is about creating and managing HR strategies and activities to provide a high performance environment that promotes quality, productivity, and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employees’ records and files in compliance with legal requirements
  • Advise executives and managers on HR strategies and local legislations concerning employees
  • Handle recruitments, benefits, compensations, disciplinary procedures and terminations
  • Develop, maintain and update human resources documents, such as job descriptions, performance evaluations, vacation balances, and internal communication
  • Implement and manage all HRM systems, including pay-rolls
  • Attend to and address employees’ issues, such as work suggestions and complaints

Job Requirements

  • A well-thought answer to the online pre-screening question where you should also include a link to your Linkedin profile.
  • Bachelor’s degree with an academic background in Human Resources, Organization Management or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR role with a scope that covers most responsibilities
  • Must project a high level of maturity, confidentiality and integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
  • Ability to prioritize work and strive for continuous improvement
