Job Description

  • Documenting meeting minutes and tracking action items
  • Ensure data is entered into the system and developing and maintaining company’s image materials
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings in center and outside center
  • Creating daily and monthly schedules for therapists + monthly schedules for clients
  • Screening and answering all inbound phone calls answering all queries
  • Supporting in tasks related to HR: screening CVs, filtering emails, keeping track of staff vacation etc.
  • Responding to Client’s enquires on the Center’s website and Facebook page

Job Requirements

Candidate must have
  • good command of English (spoken & written), 
  • must be flexible to work in different work tasks, 
  • good command of Microsoft office (Word, PP, Excel)
  • be active and quick
  • experience in marketing is a plus
