Job Description
- Documenting meeting minutes and tracking action items
- Ensure data is entered into the system and developing and maintaining company’s image materials
- Coordinate and schedule meetings in center and outside center
- Creating daily and monthly schedules for therapists + monthly schedules for clients
- Screening and answering all inbound phone calls answering all queries
- Supporting in tasks related to HR: screening CVs, filtering emails, keeping track of staff vacation etc.
- Responding to Client’s enquires on the Center’s website and Facebook page
Job Requirements
Candidate must have
- good command of English (spoken & written),
- must be flexible to work in different work tasks,
- good command of Microsoft office (Word, PP, Excel)
- be active and quick
- experience in marketing is a plus
