Job Duties:
- Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
- Deal with all inquiries in a professional manner, in person and on the telephone
- Keep up to date with current promotions, products’ features and pricing, to provide information to clients, on request.
- Collect Customers’ information by filling the contact form.
- Fulfill all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Replying customer inquiries and complains, taking notes and direct them to the responsible staff.
- Provide report with all customers’ comments, inquiries or complains.
- Report any maintenance issues immediately through the right channel.
- Maintains presentable and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations of the SPA.
- Be involved and contribute at team meetings
