Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and tracking clients & suppliers reports and directly communicate it with the CEO.
- Respond to incoming Requests for Information, Requests for Proposals in a professional and creative manner.
- Drafting, reviewing, and modifying Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Contracts, Subcontracts and other business-related documents.
- Adopt the performance management scheme by setting objectives, participating in performance reviews and building a personal development plan.
- The candidate should have an experience with all administrations and secretarial activities and practices in addition to outstanding communication skills.
- Responsible of correspondence, ingoing & outgoing phone call and e-mails.
- Communication with customers and agents and tenders follow up.
- Follow up the execution of Company Manager decisions.
- Preparing and maintaining the agenda schedule for the Company Manager.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Maintain an accurate follow up system, Prepare statistical reports & Manage spreadsheets.
Job Requirements
Requirements;
- Graduated from Top Universities; either AUC, GUC, BUE & MIU
- Excellent command of English; written, spoken & conversation
- Fresh Graduates up to 2 years of Experience in Administration & logistics follow up
- Very Good usage of Microsoft tools with Word & Excel
- Leadership skills, management for different tasks, ability to work under stress
- Capable to learn new skills & challenges
