Job Description

  • Achieve Sales Target
  • Generating business from new customers and sectors
  • Increasing our Clients and Suppliers database
  • Provide continuous feedback for product / service development
  • Create the wedding schedule, budget, invoicing clients and help to lower the cost
  • Plan the wedding menu and decorates the wedding venue.
  • Responsible for contracts, confirmations and payments
  • Order materials and services as per negotiated and appropriately approved
  • Prepare purchase requisitions approve and issues purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
  • Machinery, services, and materials availability.
  • Communicate with the departments requesting supplies periodically and keep them informed of the order and delivery dates.
  • Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and company by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively
  • Undertaking administration tasks
  • Creating and presenting proposals

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Event Management experience is a MUST
  • Felexibility in re allocations and working hours
  • Personality: Excellent Communication Skills, Excellent Sales Skills, Good Looking, Good Spokesman, Hard worker, highly motivated, ambitious
  • Sales-driven personality and a competitive nature and target-oriented.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Age: 21-26
  • Gender: Males/Females
  • Very Good command of English language
  • The ideal candidate is an excellent multi-tasker, someone who thinks outside the box, handles high pressure situations with grace and ease and be able to switch gears in a second.
  • Accountability and teamwork define our culture so interpersonal skills, attention to detail and task completion are essential.
