Job Description
- Developing a computerized customer database system for Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Seeking new clients and project opportunities through different research channels : Internet, Social Media etc…
- Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentations to the clients, having researched their business and requirements.
- Preparing technical & financial offers for all tenders.
- Updating the company’s profile.
- Updating the company's website contents.
- Organizing the company’s participation in exhibitions, conferences and seminars.
- Planning and executing printing marketing materials.
- Conducting client satisfactory surveys.
- Preparing monthly and yearly activity reports and market analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 2-4 years’ of experience in (Business Development/ Marketing/ Sales) Fields.
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and manage their time effectively using a time management system to meet deadlines.
- Excellent English & Arabic oral (presentations) and written (reports) communication skills with a confident and professional manner.
- Must be self-motivated and well organized to work independently or under minimum supervision.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to conduct extensive research through the internet.
