Job Description

1- Receives customer calls and answer any inquiries.
2- Reserves service’s appointment for customers according to hospital working hours and policy.
3- Calls customer and informs them about any changes in the schedule and reschedule new appointment for them.
4- Coordinates with Medical department to ensure doctor’s attendance according to the schedule.
5- Meets customers with a professional manner and initiates to help them.
6- Review customer reservation, completes required paper, and enter all customer data to the system.
7- Save customer data in a save way.
8- Any other duties ordered by direct manager.
