Job Description
- Designing structural works, such as concrete, timber, steel etc…for projects and jobs assigned to him/her and stating all assumptions used to plan the design
- Drawing all drawings, details and connections for designed works in order to use it for quality surveying and site operations
- Filing all design documents including calculation sheets, drawings details and specifications etc…
- Following up and stating the technical points to be concerned in both manufacturing and/or site works
- Completing quantity surveying for designed jobs
- Coordinating with architectural and electromechanical designers
- Attending meetings with clients and discussing all related technical problems
- Undertaking any other duties as appropriate within their competence as required by their manager from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the design field - Concrete Design (including rebar design and load analysis) and Steel Design (including beam sizing and plate and anchor design).
- Excellent skills with AutoCad.
- Very Good skills with SAP.
- Very Good skills with Revit.
