Job Description
Daily tasks and duties will include:
- Rent, buy, or sell property for clients. Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts. Includes agents who represent buyer.
- Generating new leads and clients from new home owners in A class residential compounds.
- Managing a portfolio of accounts.
- Using contacts to generate new business
- Delivering presentations
- Attending meetings with clients
- Maintaining good relationships with clients
- Approach & maintain relationships with potential corporate & individual clients
- Producing reports to monitor results.
Job Requirements
Candidate should have:
- Recent Experience in a "Well Known" Real estate Developer or Real Estate Broker in Egypt
- Excellent network with new home owners who are willing to finish and design their new homes.
- Experience real estate brokarege.
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Confidence and a persuasive manner
- Tight organisational and time management skills
- Great business sense and the ability to work to budgets
- Computer Literate.
