Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Work with customers in analyzing product information, advertising history, needs, etc. to provide appropriate marketing assistance.
  • Identify new market opportunities.
  • Determine a proper advertising medium including direct mail, newspaper ads, online banners and email-marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare clients invoices regularly to ensure that payments are paid on time.
  • Follow up with clients on campaign’s brief ensuring that it was properly delivered on timely & objectives manners.
  • Align & follow up internally with all interacted advertising divisions on delivery date ensuring deliverables are not breached
  • Keeping a regular meeting with clients ensuring an excellent relationship management is in place to secure account retention.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in marketing / advertising
  • Good command of English either spoken or written.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge in both English & Arabic.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Creative
  • Self-organized & team player.
