Job Requirements
Skills and Knowledge:
- Objective-C and Swift.
- Cocoa Touch: UIKit, Storyboards, Store Kit, APNS, Core Location, XCTest, and Map Kit. Extra: SpriteKit, OpenGL ES, Core Graphics, and/or Core Animation.
- SQLite and Core Data.
- Xcode and Instruments.
- Cocoa/Objective-C design patterns and concepts: Reference counting/ARC, MVC, multithreading, blocks, delegation, categories, KVO, KVC… etc.
- SOAP and RESTful web services.
- Popular third-party libraries and SDKs like AFNetworking, RESTKit, CocoaPods, Pop, Vuforia... etc.
- Should be to deliver clean, robust, and testable code.
Bonus Points:
- Hands-on experience with n-tier architectures; designing and implementing web backends for mobile services in either .NET or Java.
- Cross-platform mobile development tools.
- User experience design (UXD).
- Game development.
