Job Description
- Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Making appointments, processing repair orders, quotes and invoices
- Providing customer support via the phone and face to face
- Ordering additional stock as required so approved repairs can occur without delay
- Internal coordination of service work to adhere to commitments made to customers
- Estimating costs and time for work to be carried out, and maintaining customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of vehicle
- Representing the brand towards customers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
- Experience in Automotive industry is a must
- Experience in handling and supporting (premium) customers is a must
- Distinctive customer and service orientation
- Excellent time management skills
- Self-drive and motivation to achieve results
- Excellent communication ability
- Driving license
