Job Description

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
  • Making appointments, processing repair orders, quotes and invoices
  • Providing customer support via the phone and face to face
  • Ordering additional stock as required so approved repairs can occur without delay
  • Internal coordination of service work to adhere to commitments made to customers
  • Estimating costs and time for work to be carried out, and maintaining customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of vehicle
  • Representing the brand towards customers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
  • Experience in Automotive industry is a must
  • Experience in handling and supporting (premium) customers is a must
  • Distinctive customer and service orientation
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-drive and motivation to achieve results
  • Excellent communication ability
  • Driving license
