Job Description
- SKY Group is currently hiring “Field Applications Engineer”
We are looking for an enthusiastic, solutions oriented, and highly knowledgeable Field Applications Engineer to provide sales support and technical support for IRSC’s products.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical pre and post-sales support for IRSC’s customers.
- Develop CSP system solutions that maximize potential of IRSC’s products.
- Provide customers with PV and CSP system design support.
- Prepare white papers or other relevant technical documents.
- Maintain technical support database.
- Perform Renewable Energy systems inspections and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical training.
- Travel and interact with customers as required.
- Work closely with IRSC’s Product Marketing and Engineering groups to facilitate customer solutions and advanced product features.
Job Requirements
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy major is preferred.
- Very good command of both written and spoken English.
- 1-3 years of related experience.
- Very good communication and presentation skills.
- Field Application Background is a plus.
