Job Description

Job Function:

  •  Deal directly with customers via phone
  • Respond to customer’s inquiries following agreed processes to guarantee consistency and meeting of global requirements and standards.
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.

Job Requirements

  • Must be Fluent in English Language .
  • Offshore call center experience is a good plus.
  • Must be graduate.
  • Able to Work Immediately (notice Period 1 week).
  • Able to work on shift basis “Maximum working hour for girls is 2:00 AM and a door to door transportation is provided”.
  • Exemption from Military service “For boys”.
