Data Center NOC Engineer

Candidate will be working as a Data center technical engineer in the Network operation center (NOC)
Among the main responsibilities are the following:

-Responsible for operating, managing and maintaining GPX fiber Network.
-Responsible for managing and maintaining GPX Physical infrastructure, like pannels and testing tools.
-Responsible for customer installation, including power modeling, solution designing and physical customer equipment installation.
-Implement and maintain GPX internal network and IT systems in GPX data centers and offices.
- Working as a NOC engineer, for customer interfacing receiving trouble tickets and taking necessary actions for resolving.
-Monitoring and working on BMS system as a user level
- Supporting sales team as a presales engineer for successful customer solutions implementation
- Working on flexible hours, on a shift basis
-Supervising all GPX vendors working inside GPX data centers 
- Implementing any related data center work upon request by management team
