- Maintaining incoming & outgoing mail ( national & international )
- Maintaining incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
- Documenting and filling system.
- Hotel reservation
- Handling all staff business trips (visa, tickets, hotel reservation, car reservation,) inside & outside Egypt.
- Reception of clients, and office management.
- Responsible for delivery of payment and follow-up offers to customers.
- All daily administration tasks (i.e. revising all couriers' invoices, memos, etc…).
- Answer CEO phones and operate a switchboard .
- Route calls to specific people.
- Answer inquiries about company.
- Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.
- Handiling CEO Meetings .
