Job Description

  • Maintaining incoming & outgoing mail ( national & international )
  • Maintaining incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
  • Documenting and filling system.
  • Hotel reservation
  • Handling all staff business trips (visa, tickets, hotel reservation, car reservation,) inside & outside Egypt.
  • Reception of clients, and office management.
  • Responsible for delivery of payment and follow-up offers to customers.
  • All daily administration tasks (i.e. revising all couriers' invoices, memos, etc…).
  • Answer CEO phones and operate a switchboard .
  • Route calls to specific people. 
  • Answer inquiries about company.
  • Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.
  • Handiling CEO Meetings .

  • Presentable .
  • Fluent English and  Excellent computer skills( POWER POINT- EXCEL-WORD - OUTLOOK) Communication Skills
