- Initiate new calls to generate interest and secure appointments with prospective customers.
- Present products using “over the phone” selling techniques.
- Identify, contact and generate leads to gain market share.
- Assess prospect needs and document potential sales opportunities on the CRM system.
- Log calls and update database accurately with prospect information.
- Present daily reports and other related performance feedback.
- Perform market research activities over the internet.
- Participate in any organized events to promote Bupa International.
- Achieve a minimum daily target of setting 3 appointments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- 0-1 year experience in the same position.
- Positive, service-oriented attitude with a commitment in offering superior service.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in spoken Arabic and excellent English.
- Advanced computer skills, with professional use of Microsoft Office.
- Teamwork oriented.
