- Create strategic plan for the Division matching company Business Goals.
- Validate the implementation process of the strategic plan and maintain the deviations to reach the standard.
- Managing all types of Business Relationship:

- Recruiting, training and general development for all levels of sales force in the assigned territory

- Constantly recruiting individuals through the entire system to develop strategies to effectively penetrate targeted opportunities / accounts.
- Deliver high-level executive briefings to external customers.
- Keeps management current on status and performance through regular communication.
- Forecasts, agendas and reports.
- Managing the assigned major accounts comprehensively: Sales, Support, and Development.
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the products and the competing brands.
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with my DMs and colleagues to develop the market for the Solutions, Services, and products.
- Increasing after sales service revenues by getting the customers to sign up for service contracts and long term Facility Management contracts.
- Maximize the unit's profitability by developing the portfolio of the mix of offered value-added services.
